Our products are subjected to articulated tests both in the engineering phase and subsequently on annual basis – as required by ENEC regulation.
Tests are conducted in laboratory with sophisticated equipment, by which we can guarantee the highest quality standard, durability and advanced performances.
Quality control for each product
The whole production line is managed in our factory, from the SMD and PTH components electronic assembly, to the programming and testing of the electronic boards, up to the assembly of the finished product. We put extreme attention and importance to quality control, as we make it at 100% on each product.
Optical control
At the end of the assembly, every electronic board is passed through a 3D optical control that, thanks to AI, verifies the presence and the correct assembly of every component, monitoring parameters, position, orientation, height and the correct welding.
Functional test
After parametric test, the same machine turns up the circuit and provides impulses to the microprocessor that has to respond with specific output signals of different amplitudes and frequencies for each product.
Parametric test
It is based upon the reading of the circuit nodes using a board of needles. This test is done when the assembly of the electronic board is completed and it measures the value of passive components and various parameters of the active components.
Test on finished product
Once assembled, the finished product is turned on as if it was actually installed, and functioning is verified in all the operational mode: emergency, network presence and battery charging, M mode, etc.
